Licensed Architect and co-founder of Biosis Real Estate Development, Samuel has over a decade of experience designing and building real estate. He has undertaken diverse projects ranging from custom single-family homes to large-scale multi-family residential buildings, industrial and institutional complexes. Noteworthy examples include a 174-unit retirement home in Kitchener, several six-story, 60+ unit apartment buildings in Ottawa, and numerous multiplexes in the GTA .
Michael has completed his undergraduate degree in Business Administration specializing in Human Resources at Trent University and completed an Executive MBA at the University of Ottawa specializing in Consulting. Michael is an experienced real estate investor and entrepreneur. He started his first business at 18 and has since personally developed a portfolio of apartments, short-term rentals, and single-family homes. Michael is passionate about personal development; he is a triathlete, a podcast host, and an author.
Trained as an architect and architectural technologist, Dacoda’s passion in life is synthesizing the artistic and engineering worlds through design. He has worked for some of the top Architecture and Engineering firms in Ontario, leading complex projects ranging from custom homes, estates, condominiums, hotels, wellness resorts, and major infrastructural projects for Metrolinx transit. Dacoda’s technical knowledge allows us to find creative solutions for complex problems, and his project management skills bring our designs from inception to reality.
Graham is a civil engineer and real estate investor with a background in construction contract administration. In over 14 years of experience, he has provided engineering and contract services for dozens of private developments and public infrastructure projects with values up to $50 million. He holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto and completed the Telfer Executive MBA program at the University of Ottawa. Graham is excited to improve the fabric of our communities with Biosis. His technical background and aptitude for analytics ensures that all our projects are properly founded and executed with world-class results.
